The picture shows Matteotti square. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building with a worn facade (Matteotti tér 12) in the middle of the picture. From the apartment, you can reach the sea in 135 steps, through the square, passing through the ancient Venetian city gate, under the Balbi arch.

The key to the apartment is in the key safe installed at the entrance door on the 3rd floor, so it can be occupied at any time. The code for the key safe will be given by email immediately before the trip.

parking / parkolás

The apartment is located in the old town of Rovinj, which is a pedestrian zone protected by a barrier, and you can enter it by car only with a special permit. There are paid parking lots outside the Old Town, near the Old Town, but they are quite expensive, especially in high season. For free parking, we recommend the large parking lot in front of the Tsuki Sushi Japanese restaurant (Ul. Josipa Tankovica 9.).

The Rovinj market is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, where there is also a fish market and a butcher shop offering first-class quality meats (5 minutes' walk away).

Small shops located 1-3 minutes from the apartment have an excellent selection of goods (gluten- and lactose-free products are also available).

At the end of the pedestrian street, Carera, at the bus terminus, there is a shop called Konzum. Continuing towards Mulini Beach, we reach another larger store, Tomy.

A lakástól 1-3 percre található kisboltok kiváló árukészlettel rendelkeznek (glutén és laktózmentes termékek is kaphatók).
